Hurricane Gas Strategy
This is an example of catastrophe Supply Chain planning. The type that industry is much better at than governments. I see no reason that they cannot work together to get a common-sense approach:"Gas-station inventories will be raised at least 15 percent five days before storm winds hit Texas and then quickly shifted to evacuation routes two days later."
