Read a Book Why Don't You?
This is just sad:"One in four adults say they read no books at all in the past year, according to an Associated Press-Ipsos poll released Tuesday. Of those who did read, women and seniors were most avid, and religious works and popular fiction were the top choices."So. To sum up: Most Americans don't read books and when they do, it is religion and popular fiction. Nice.
So quit complaining that "the man" is holding you down. You want to get ahead in this world? Read books. Nonfiction books. Educate yourself. No one else can do it for you.
