Building under Construction Collapses
I wonder if the brain surgeons at the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) were able to predict this catastrophic event.I know this is not their area of expertise (what is, by the way?), but some state or federal agency who claims to help industry must have had the foresight to predict it. If not, why not?
